One of our Own – Matthew Geise is Awarded CCIM Designation

Very exciting news at our company this month! Our own Matthew Geise, Executive Director of the Multi-Family Group, has recently been awarded the distinct Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

The CCIM designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon successful completion of a graduate-level education curriculum and presentation of a portfolio of qualifying industry experience. The curriculum addresses: financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis – the cornerstones of commercial investment real estate. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis.

It’s no surprise that Seattle has recently been listed as one of the most educated cities in the US , Matthew has shown that this is true, focusing on education in the commercial real estate industry. With all the developments in our neighborhood of South Lake Union this knowlege will surely set Phillips apart from the rest and offers another level of expertise to our valued clients.
