The market is picking up again! Which is great for sellers, once you put your property on the market, you may get multiple bids and lots of interest. And depending on your location and your price point, you may need to be ready to move quick. Additionally, your timeframe for your listing may be shorter than you expect, which means you need to be looking for your next home quickly as well and whether you are buying or renting you will need to be prepared to deal with the other side of the coin, which might mean bidding wars or losing out quicker buyers.
