Preventing Damages in Your Condo Association

3d human carry a big tool in handsAs Spring Break vacations and the summer months are quickly approaching, the question may arise: “Is everyone in your condo association prepared if damages occur while no one is in the unit?” – as people head out on vacation, leaving their unit vacant or possibly renting the unit to new people, it is important to have some guidelines and take some preventative measures before leaving the unit empty for an extended period of time.
