Homeowners Associations – How to Deal with Repairs

Home-ConstructionAs a member of a Homeowners Association the issues of repairs in the buildings common areas comes up on occasion. At times the issue might be minor and may be able to be fixed by the on staff maintenance crew and other times with large scale projects through out the whole building and will be taken care of by a licensed contractor. When any issue comes up there is a lot to consider to make sure that the right procedure is taken for the good of the whole building.
