Are you living in an apartment all by yourself? If you are, you are in the majority. This article from Seattle Times reports that the majority of Seattle apartments — 51 percent according to the most recent census data — are occupied by a person living alone. There are many advantages of living on your own, you have a bit more freedom to keep your apartment as messy or as tidy as you like, you have all the decorating control and you don’t have anyone providing input or feedback on your day to day activities. But on the flip side, there is also no one there to keep you company when you need it or share in the expenses of rent, utilities and other bills.

Either way, if you are looking for a new rental either alone or with roommates, check out Phillips Rental Search for options in the Seattle and surrounding areas.
