Fall Maintenance Tips

fallAs we enter into the new Fall season, it is time to think about Fall and Winter maintenance on your home. We have discussed Fall Maintenance in the past, and have some new tips this year.  The Seattle Times has some good reminders for the upcoming colder months and before the weather turns too nasty, now is the time for you (or have a professional) check out and inspect your roof for potential leaks, missing shingles and other problems. Additionally, the folks at DIY Network have some tips for the exterior, interior and garden maintenance.  The important things to remember when preparing for Fall and Winter months is that you want your home to stay dry and warm, making sure that your home is prepared for changing weather will be the best plan for a cozy Fall season.
